Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance and deliver high-quality data solutions to our clients, focusing on enhancing their experience and fostering long‐term relationships.
* Collaborate closely with our team of professionals to drive impactful projects that drive our clients' success.
* Leverage your specialised knowledge and skillset to help clients optimise their engagement with Aon.
* Along with your managers, manage the commercial renewals of your portfolio clients.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field, or proven experience in compensation and benefits or data analysis.
* Proven experience in data analysis and remuneration data management.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Detail‐oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value to clients.
* A commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
