Job Description
As a Tenancy Management Officer, you will be responsible for supporting residents to maintain safe and secure tenancies. You will work closely with tenants, support providers, and community partners to deliver respectful, person-centred housing services that create real impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting residents throughout their housing journey with empathy and respect
• Managing the end-to-end tenancy process, from allocations and inspections to documentation and exit planning
• Collaborating with support providers to address complex needs and sustain tenancies
• Monitoring rent payments and managing arrears with fairness and consistency
• Promoting inclusive, safe, and welcoming housing environments
