Our client is seeking a detail-focused Payroll Support Officer to join their payroll operations team on a three-month contract. This role is heavily centred around manual timesheet processing, so strong data accuracy and SAP experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Process high volumes of manual timesheets with accuracy and speed.
* Manage payroll-related queries through a support ticketing system.
* Process leave transactions, leave cash-outs and adjustments.
* Administer travel reimbursements and upload medical certificates.
* Provide general payroll administration support as required.
Required Skills & Experience
This role will be predominantly manual time sheeting, therefore the successful candidate must have:
* Strong data entry and data-capture skills (essential)
* Advanced Excel skills (essential)
* SAP experience (essential)
* Experience in Chris21 (ideal but not mandatory)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
This position is offered on a 3-month contract with potential for extension. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with the office located in Fortitude Valley.
