Location: Burton, Adelaide
Salary: $130 - 150k + Super + Car + Bonus
Working Model: Field based
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement strategic account plans tailored for Key Access Hire Clients.
* Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts.
* Seek out and develop new business opportunities within established accounts.
* Deliver expert knowledge of products and technical assistance to customers.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and outstanding customer service.
* Monitor and evaluate sales performance to highlight areas requiring improvement.
* Actively identify potential rental opportunities aligned with clients' operational needs.
* Manage a territory traveling to see customers across your region.
Requirements:
* Strong experience and tenure in the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment sectors, with Access Hire experience being particularly beneficial.
* Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry and its market dynamics.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
