About the Role
This senior talent partner will act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, driving the region's talent philosophy in support of wider People and Business strategies. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to onboarding, building and improving talent, and enhancing recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will recruit across all levels and departments in the Oceania region, working closely with the APAC Talent team and reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager in Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate who can stand by our values and bring them to life, collaborating and partnering with the business.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to onboarding
* Build and improve talent, and enhance recruitment processes

About You
We're looking for a senior associate who shares our values and has the skills and experience to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years' experience in a high-volume recruitment team
* Strong working knowledge of professional and social media sites
* Experience with Workday or other Enterprise Applicant Tracking systems and localised documentation requirements
* A Bachelor's Degree (advantageous)
* A thorough understanding of anti-discrimination laws, Fair Work Act regulations, and working rights requirements in Australia and New Zealand
* Mature consultative verbal communication skills and a passion for candidate experience
* Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong relationships and influencing others
* Excellent organisation, time-management, administrative skills, and attention to detail
* Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
