In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, expanding membership and exhibitor bases, and building strategic partnerships.

* $80,000 + super + travel allowance + uncapped commissions + laptop

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and initiate partnership opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to secure agreements.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
* Organise site visits, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase event participation value.
* Mentor and train account managers and staff to enhance sales skills.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within events, exhibitions, or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and strategically.
* Experience in the caravan/RV industry or professional sales/marketing certification is highly desireable.
