We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent client management skills, including relationship building and client retention.


Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts within the hardware sales channels, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various in-store teams, providing store coverage, handling client inquiries, and identifying potential growth opportunities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills for effective project coordination
* Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within client accounts
* Proficiency with CRM software
* Experience in hardware merchandising, sales, or related fields is a plus
