About the Role:
Become the friendly voice at the end of the line, ready to assist guests during their road trips. Your responsibilities will include:
* Guest Assistance: Provide support and collaborate with other departments to address vehicle-related issues.
* Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate to ensure the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements.
* Incident Tracking: Keep track of incidents and ensure guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress.
* Repair Coordination: Minimise vehicle repair time and ensure repairs adhere to standard practices.
* Working shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.

To excel in this role, you should have:
* Call centre experience and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
* Strong problem-solving and effective time management skills.
* Comfort with following processes and intermediate computer skills.
* A friendly, positive attitude, with bonus points for a passion for road trips.
* Some mechanical knowledge (not essential).
* Office based role.
