We're recruiting for a leading international manufacturer seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, freight, and spare parts operations within their Australian head office. If you enjoy fast-paced work, problem-solving, and keeping goods moving smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
* Manage logistics for spare parts, including receipting and dispatch
* Prepare shipping and customs documentation
* Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records for inventory, freight, and logistics activities
* Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in logistics coordination
* Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience with SAP or Oracle (desirable, not essential)
