About The Role
The HR Manager role is responsible for supporting the CTM Australia and New Zealand business, and to lead the HR Advisory Team. The role is part of the HR Leadership Team in this Region and works closely with the Chief People Officer to deliver a great employee experience for CTM employees.
The position will work closely with the wider ANZ HR & Payroll Team to deliver the ANZ initiatives and HR support in line with the ANZ HR & Payroll Operating Model. The CTM business is a fast paced and energetic environment which can provide both challenges and opportunities.
Any incumbent in this role would need to be prepared to undertake administration activities and to be very 'hands on' in a busy role, this may mean producing letters and other administrative tasks that are required to support our business.
The ANZ HR & Payroll Team works together to proactively support CTM's people across Australia and New Zealand. HRBPs work closely with CTM ANZ Leaders (and Global roles based in ANZ), supporting them with tools, information, and clear, accurate and appropriate advice so that they can successfully manage their people in HR matters and continue making CTM a great place to work
Education And Experience
* Minimum 2-5 years' experience in similar role, HR Business Partners who are ready to take on the challenge of leading a small team would be an ideal candidate
* Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline at least 3-5 years working experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role.
* Demonstrated experience in managing & supporting the business in all areas of the Employee Life Cycle
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and relevant experience in applying that knowledge
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Exercise sound judgement and discretion
* A team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
* Detail oriented with excellent organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills
* Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with presenting HR information to employee groups
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Travel Industry experience not required but favourable
