Full-time, fixed term position as an experienced Organisational Change Manager for the Professional Services Review Program until August 2028 Career-defining opportunity for an accomplished change leader to influence outcomes at an institutional scale and leave a lasting legacy Offering a competitive remuneration package including 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Organisational Change Manager is accountable for the design and delivery of the change stream for the Professional Staff Review Program. This includes: identifying the appropriate change management approach; providing advice and champion change management within the program including the design, development and implementation of change management deliverable including engagement and communications; managing stakeholder expectations; working with the program lead to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness, and, working collaboratively with other stream leads to identify, understand and facilitate transition activities relevant to the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from the changes being introduced. Your key responsibilities will be to: lead the design, governance, and delivery of the PSR program’s enterprise-wide change strategy oversee the design and delivery of engagement, communications, and capability-building activities monitor and report on adoption, benefits realisation, and change risks at program and institutional levels partner with stream leads, program managers, and senior executives to build change leadership capability and sponsorship conduct organisation-wide change impact assessments and readiness analysis to inform decision-making act as a champion and change agent in leading, coaching others and implementing organisational change required to achieve University goals and objectives across the work area. lead, mentor, and manage a team of change professionals and embedded change leads within streams About you Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience ability to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of channels to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message a proven track record in strategic change leadership in higher education, public sector, or similarly complex environments exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging at the most senior levels extensive experience leading change management at program or portfolio level in complex, multi-stream transformations exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a strong record of partnering at senior executive and governance levels deep expertise in contemporary change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, agile change) and their practical application extensive experience of managing internal communications programs, in tandem with change management to ensure timely and adequate communication with key stakeholders demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing change teams across multiple workstreams.
