A leading and well-established property development & construction consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation delivering high-quality developments across the region.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle for a portfolio of residential developments, from planning and design through to construction and handover. You will take ownership of key project outcomes, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple residential projects
* Manage project planning, feasibility, scheduling, and programming
* Oversee design coordination and ensure alignment with project objectives
* Lead contractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations
* Manage budgets, cost plans, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Monitor construction progress, site performance, and quality assurance
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Ensure delivery aligns with safety, environmental, and regulatory frameworks
Ideal Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within residential construction or property development essential
* Strong understanding of design, construction methodologies, and delivery processes
* Excellent financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
