Warranty Clerk
to look after all aspects of this vital Service Department role.
Two locations available: Richmond and Essendon (Moonee Ponds)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
To be vigilant, reliable, and able to maximize claims and yet ensure that all Volkswagen policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure that all paperwork is completed to the required standard.
Ensure the appropriate warranty processes are followed and claim and repairs orders are entered accurately into required systems.
Communicating warranty processes and requirements to with other staff.
Ensure compliance with all group and stakeholder required policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes/skills:
A general understanding of vehicles and their components.
Time Management and Organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
An approachable, friendly personality
