As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will lead and direct the planning and execution of assigned projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and resources.
* You will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of assigned projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project tasks, resource requirements, and timelines
* Coordinate and assemble project teams, providing direction and support to ensure efficient execution
* Manage project resources, budget, and track project deliverables using appropriate tools
* Constantly monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, presenting reports and solutions for any identified issues
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, including managing purchase orders, statements of work, and progress verification
* Collaborate with site-based project team leads to ensure effective communication, coordination, and planning of activities
* Implement benefits management measures and mechanisms to monitor and maximise project benefits
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in projects relating to Data Loss Prevention, Data Retention, and Data control assessments
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in project management software (MS Project, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite
