Support core accounting, reporting, and compliance activities in a hands‑on role at a global ASX‑listed company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Process cash, journal, and consolidation entries for the Group.
* Process accounts receivable transactions.
* Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
* Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
* Assist with external audit process.
* Assist with preparation of commercial invoices for export purposes.
* Provide finance support to internal departments.
* Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
* Perform other duties as required.
About You
The company is looking for:
* Recent graduate (last 12-24 months) or early‑career accountant with relevant degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce).
* Commenced or planning CA/CPA studies.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles.
* Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
* Confident with Excel and keen to learn ERP systems.
* Observant, proactive, and comfortable working within a complex organisational structure.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly motivated self‑starter with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
* Ability to manage competing priorities during peak periods (e.g., month‑end).
