As a Helpdesk Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT support for our client's staff. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, logging and tracking issues, and providing prompt resolutions or escalations to the Service Delivery Coordinator. In addition, you will engage with staff through various communication methods to address their queries efficiently while upholding high standards of customer service. Collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will offer valuable support and insights related to end user matters.
