Job Title: Business Contract Specialist
Your Role:
1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of contracts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal standards.
2. Liaise with stakeholders as the primary contact for contract-related queries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
3. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, managing the contract workflow to optimise efficiency and streamline operations.
4. Assist in negotiations of contract terms with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring favourable terms and minimising risks.
5. Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and regulations.
Your Skills:
* Experience in reviewing high-value commercial contracts, focusing on the construction/service industry.
* Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial principles, with a proven ability to identify risks and ensure compliance.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* A degree in Business Administration or related field.
