This full-time position operates Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure your success.
Your key responsibilities will include managing complex patient bookings, delivering top-tier patient care, handling inquiries and communicating with medical professionals. You must be flexible to work across both call centre and reception shifts.
