Cavalier Homes Albury-Wodonga is seeking an enthusiastic and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to represent one of the region's most trusted builders and guide clients through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives – building their new home.
About the Role
As a New Homes Consultant, you'll be the friendly face that greets clients in our stunning display homes and guides them through every step of their home-building journey. You'll create and nurture new client relationships, convert leads into sales, and ensure every experience reflects the quality and integrity Cavalier Homes is known for.
Your role will include:
* Generating and following up new home sales leads through display homes, social media, and marketing initiatives.
* Providing design and product guidance to clients, including standard and custom home options.
* Managing client relationships from enquiry through to contract stage.
* Maintaining accurate client data within our CRM system.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions through the build process.
* Representing the Cavalier Homes brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines passion, professionalism, and people skills. You'll thrive in a customer-facing role, be self-motivated, and have the drive to achieve sales targets while maintaining authentic client relationships.
You'll bring:
* Experience in sales, property, or new home consulting (preferred but not essential).
* Knowledge of residential construction or planning requirements
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills.
* Confidence to build rapport and ask the right questions.
* Strong organisation and time management abilities.
* A proactive and goal-driven attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
