Operations Director Position
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to take on the role of Operations Director at our Mitsubishi dealership.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team, driving operational success across all areas of the dealership, and ensuring OEM, customer, and employee satisfaction.
* This includes working closely with the Group General Manager and other dealerships within the Automall to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency within the Mitsubishi dealership.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong managerial background, effective leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and manage change.
You will possess:
* Prior experience in leadership positions within the automotive industry.
* Strong financial acumen including analysing of financial data, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Knowledge of ERA and associated business information systems.
* A supporter and champion of a safety-first culture and knowledge of specific WHS requirements for service and parts departments.
* Highly developed commercial and influencing acumen.
* Highly developed leadership and communication skills.
* A strong level of integrity, inclusiveness, and ethical decision-making.
