Lean Product Manager | AI-Enabled SaaS | Gold Coast (Onsite/Hybrid)

One of our high‐growth SaaS clients on the Gold Coast is looking for a commercially sharp, technically confident Product Manager who actively leverages AI‐powered tools to improve speed, clarity and delivery quality.
The Opportunity
You'll partner closely with the CPO to define and execute product strategy across a growing SaaS platform.
This is a lean role — you'll own the backlog end‐to‐end, refine workflows from planning through release, and work daily with BA/PMs and engineers in an agile environment to deliver high‐quality outcomes at pace.

* Translate requirements into clear user stories with measurable acceptance criteria
* Use data, analytics and user feedback to validate decisions
* Refine delivery workflows to sustain velocity and quality
* Champion simplicity, scalability and intuitive design
* Promote the use of modern AI tools to enhance planning, documentation and communication
AI-Enabled Product Delivery (Essential)
We're specifically looking for someone already embedding AI into their workflow — across research, discovery, documentation, and UI/UX prototyping.
Research / Insight / Documentation tools may include:
* ChatGPT or Claude for story refinement and acceptance criteria
* Perplexity for rapid research and competitor synthesis
* Notion AI for PRDs and structured documentation
* Productboard AI for feedback clustering and prioritisation
UI/UX Prototyping & Wireframing tools may include:
* Figma (with AI plugins) for rapid wireframes and UX iteration
* Uizard for prompt‐based wireframe generation
* Galileo AI for AI‐generated UI concepts
* Framer AI for prompt‐to‐prototype flows
* Relume for sitemap and wireframe generation
You don't need to be a designer — but you must be comfortable using these tools to accelerate discovery, communicate clearly, and reduce rework.
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years in SaaS Product Management or senior BA/Product roles (B2B or vertical SaaS preferred)
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to work deeply with engineers
* Advanced experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Strong backlog prioritisation and agile delivery experience
* Proficiency with Jira or similar tools
* A bias toward action and comfort operating in lean environments
