Job Overview
The position of IT Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in bridging technology and business gaps for clients. The individual is responsible for fostering business technology relationships to support revenue growth with existing clients and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster business technology relationships to support revenue growth
* Lead or support technology improvement initiatives for clients
* Constantly seek to improve client and business aligned technology service through tactical and strategic quality improvement initiatives
* Manage a team of IT Relationship Managers in APAC and be accountable for all technology interactions with strategic clients in the region
* Work closely with regional Segment and Sales Heads and own the technology engagement on all sales pipeline opportunities for APAC
Customer Technology and Service Relationship Management
The IT Relationship Manager will understand, contextualize, and communicate State Street's technology strategy to clients and internal stakeholders. They will develop and maintain a holistic view of clients' technology footprint, critical dependencies, and strategic objectives.
Business Development
The IT Relationship Manager will lead technology engagement of RFI/RFP process for APAC and integrate with Onboarding process where appropriate. They will also lead regional ITRM Team in support of Sales and Segment goals on revenue generation and retention.
Required Experience
* Minimum 10 years financial industry technology experience directly supporting business units and/or clients
* Experience leading and participating in large scale technology projects
* Experience leading or participating in business development efforts
* Experience leading global high performing teams
