Salary: $77,679 + superannuation

About the role

The Website Administrator will support the delivery of a market leading website solution to our Australian and New Zealand businesses. Responsible for coordinating the technical administration of the content management system this role will closely support the Website Product Owner to drive the online Harcourts Experience as the finest experience in real estate.

The Website Administrator will form part of our Technology team, as a full-time, office-based role.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:

* Preparing and maintaining a schedule for all CMS‐related initiatives
* Configuring the website provided platform for optimal user experience.
* Using our tools to test and launch new content features.
* Develop and deliver a support plan for website users.
* Develop and deliver a training plan for Website Platform Users to encourage maximum user engagement.
* Work with our technology vendor to ensure deliverables are met.
* Communicate product release updates to relevant stakeholders

About you

The successful candidate will be a proven collaborator with excellent communication skills and a general knowledge of web technologies and platforms. It is important that you have a well‐developed ability to be an effective negotiator and influencer with the stakeholders you engage with.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

* Previous experience in administration;
* Experience with managing content and users in a CMS;
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks, meet objectives and deliver on time;
* Ability to multitask, use initiative and work autonomously as well as collaboratively;
* Experience with Adobe and/or Google Analytics;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to communicate ideas effectively and diplomatically;
* A team player with a "can do" attitude; and
* Bachelor Degree preferred and at least 2 years relevant work experience.

The following is also favourable but not essential for success in the role:

* Previous experience in online branding and/or digital marketing
