As the Store Manager at Geraldton, you'll take full ownership of the store's performance and be the driving force behind an energetic, customer-focused team. You'll lead by example, inspire your people, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back. With full access to sales reports, KPIs, and P&L insights, you'll have the tools and freedom to manage the business as if it were your own, which means you will be maximising sales while managing costs effectively.

Your passion for athletics, footwear, or performance wear shines through every interaction, and you know how to balance service, sales, and stock.
