We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital performance and platform governance across the Haben Property Fund portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee analytics, channel optimisation, system administration and digital project delivery, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects strong brand standards and drives meaningful engagement.
You will shape and execute our social media strategy, deliver compelling content, and harness customer and digital insights to elevate centre marketing outcomes. As a trusted specialist, you will guide centre teams, manage key digital platforms and contribute to business wide digital initiatives that enhance capability and deliver measurable results.

About the role
* Lead digital performance, strategy and platform governance across the Haben Property Fund portfolio.
* Oversee analytics, channel optimisation, system administration and digital project delivery.
* Ensure all digital channels meet brand and operational standards.
* Drive portfolio wide social media strategy and manage end to end content execution.
* Utilise customer insights and digital behaviour data to enhance engagement and support centre marketing outcomes.
* Provide digital capability support and guidance to centre marketing teams.
* Manage key digital platforms including Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WiFi analytics tools and the corporate website.
* Oversee digital marketing budgets, subscriptions, licences and advertising investments, focusing on efficiency and ROI.
* Lead marketing's involvement in business wide digital projects.
About you
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field
* Have demonstrated experience in digital marketing, ideally within a multisite or portfolio environment.
* Confident using digital platforms such as HubSpot, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
* Skilled in analysing data, identifying trends and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
* Strong content strategy and storytelling skills, with experience in ideation, copywriting, image sourcing, scheduling and publishing.
* Comfortable managing real-time community engagement including comments and enquiries.
* Able to manage multiple digital projects effectively while partnering with various stakeholders.
* Possess strong interpersonal and time management capabilities.
This is a full-time role working across our National Portfolio based either at our Head Office or one of our shopping centres.
