Your position as an Employment Advisor is unique and valued. This role supports the Maryborough team and may require support for our Gayndah and Hervey Bay sites when needed. You are crucial in creating partnerships that drive positive change. Our mission depends on you. A day in the life of an Employment Advisor Each day varies. You might be out in the field developing relationships and closing deals, or representing EPIC at expos and leading awareness training sessions. Your work will include:
75% sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers. 7.5% supporting employers to become disability confident and inclusive. 7.5% collaborating with the team, sharing ideas, and planning. 10% maintaining records, claims, and documentation.
