**Kitchen Steward Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Steward to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain dishwashing machines to ensure they operate at optimal levels.
* Assist chefs with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
* Work in accordance with the daily production schedule to meet the needs of our guests.
* Ensure a constant supply of equipment and clean utensils is available to all outlets.
* Collect garbage and maintain the cleanliness of bins and the garbage room at all times.
* Comply with cleaning requirements as per the schedule for all kitchen areas and complete daily kitchen cleaning tasks.
* Adhere to stewarding cleaning and sanitation guidelines as outlined in our Food Safety Procedures.
* Understand the safe application and usage of detergents, sanitizers, and disinfectants.
