Project Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Administrator to join our dynamic Civils team based in Hazelmere, Perth. The successful candidate will play an essential role in providing general and varied administrative support.

1. The primary responsibilities of this role include daily collection and checking of site-based documents, processing month-end tasks including data entry, reporting and client invoice preparation.
2. In addition, the Project Administrator will be responsible for procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders, assisting with client liaison mobilisation inductions onboarding requirements minute taking and distribution.

To succeed in this role you must have an administration/accounts background with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications excellent communication customer service skills task management proactive attitude work well independently part of a team exhibit strong attention detail quality outcomes.
