* Proven management experience — We're open to transferable leadership experience from another customer‐focused industry
* Confident, people-first leadership, with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a passionate, high‐performing team
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
* Operational understanding/ know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must!
