A leading international supplier of premium interior timber and architectural finishes is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to grow the Queensland market.
This is a true new business hunter role, focused on building relationships and driving project opportunities across A&D, builders, contractors and specifiers.
What you'll be doing:
* Targeted lead generation and pipeline build
* Activity-driven sales (approx. 5 meetings per day)
* A&D presentations / CPD sessions and project follow-up
* Supporting tender and project specification opportunities
* Converting leads into sales and growing market share
Ideal background:
* Proven success in B2B new business development
* Strong exposure to A&D / specification sales, tendering and project-based
* Confident building relationships with decision-makers and influencers
* Driven, disciplined and KPI-focused with strong CRM habits
