Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Motor Technician to join our team in Coburg North, VIC.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting major faults in motor vehicles, including testing and overhauling engines, transmissions, suspension, steering and brakes of various types.
* Key duties include changing engine oil filters, fuel filters, engine and transmission mounts, as well as repairing or replacing worn and faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions and differentials.
* The role also involves checking the overall electric power of various electric units, including headlights, parking lights, sidelights, stop lights, direction lights and roof lights.
* Additionally, the technician will diagnose, repair and replace engine management, fuel injection components, tune engines and make fine adjustments for smoother running.
* Effective teamwork is essential for this role, requiring coordination with other mechanics when needed.
