About Us

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Administration / Accounts Officer who can also provide high level Personal Assistant

This is a key role within the business and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

About the Role

This role is a combination of administration, accounts support, and executive assistance. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, assisting with accounts and financial administration,

No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable, switched on, trustworthy, and able to work with urgency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

* General office administration and reception support
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
* Data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, and purchase order support
* Experience with Xero is preferable.
* Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and filing systems
* Managing emails, correspondence, and internal communications
* Calendar management, meeting coordination, and appointment scheduling
* Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
* Following up actions, deadlines, and outstanding items on behalf of the Managing Director
* Liaising professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
* Assisting with confidential business matters and sensitive information
* Providing general executive and personal assistant support as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident, highly organised, and able to think ahead. You will be someone who can take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and support with professionalism and attention to detail.

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in administration and accounts
* Previous experience supporting a senior manager, director, or business owner will be highly regarded
* Strong accounts knowledge including invoicing, reconciliations, and general finance administration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
* A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Experience with accounting or business management software will be advantageous
* A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
