**About the Role**

The primary role of a Consultant will be to work as part of a team, engaged with clients to work on business improvement projects. This is done through using a combination of the Argon & Co toolkit, creative thinking, and good business practice.

We are looking for people who love solving problems, simplify the complex and get excited about manufacturing, engineering, logistics and supply chain planning. You will be comfortable with working with people from the shop-floor to boardrooms levels of any organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering operational improvement projects on client sites through the use of a Project Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Office (TO)
- Analysing data, diagnostics of processes and presenting solutions to clients
- Leading and implementing the changes required by winning 'hearts and minds' within the business
- Work face-to-face with clients owning transformational initiatives
- Work with team of talented colleagues who are supportive and make work fun

This position is **based from our Perth office.**

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for the Retail, Food & Beverage sector. The ability to set realistic deadlines, complete work, and persuade others to complete work, on time. Ideally you will have experience working in manufacturing and supply chain environments or at least one of planning, logistics, procurement, engineering or manufacturing.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, Sciences, or another numerate / analytical degree
- Entrepreneurial flair and have strong analytical capability
- Ambitious career plans, willingness to constantly learn
- Passionate, outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of stakeholder
- Can manage large amount of data, advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, etc. Competency in BI tools is an advantage

**This role requires a willing to travel (across Australia and New Zealand)**
