Providing support and reporting to the National Sales Manager. You will have strong relationship building skills to ensure long last relationships with all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Raise, modify, and oversee product orders to align with critical path deadlines.
- Collaborate with the national sales team for daily management of accounts.
- Escalate any issues to the sales team and suggest solutions for their evaluation.
- Assess available stock and manage order allocations.
- Complete the registration of products with retailers.
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for further action.
- Process B2B/EDI orders efficiently.
- Facilitate clear communication between the sales and customer service teams and the marketing/procurement departments.
- Assist in customer service tasks, including occasional reception duties.
- Prepare invoices, catalogues, and price lists.
- Perform general sales and related administrative tasks.
**Skills & experience required to be successful in the role**:
- Knowledge and experience in end to end order to delivery processes.
- Experience in a sales coordinator role previously
- Extensive experience in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong Customer service skills with a sales background.
- Apparel 21 (AP21) experience desirable
- Strong administration skills
- Strong clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and time restraints.
