About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing boutique real estate agency in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the continued success of the business, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and continuously enhancing the Sales and Property Management departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate business, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency.
* Drive business growth through continuous process improvement, client experience enhancement, and effective team management.
* Oversee human resources, financial management, and operational functions.
* Provide hands-on support to the Property Management team, ensuring high standards of service and operational success.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance and profitability of the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
* Strong proficiency with computer systems, including MYOB (or similar accounting software), CRMs including PropertyMe and Zenu, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Prior experience in real estate operations is highly regarded.
* A solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
