About the Role
Take ownership of a well-managed commercial portfolio of circa 190 Inner City based commercial, retail and industrial tenancies. With the sales and leasing team feeding in new managements and a full-time assistant to support you, your focus will be on relationships, compliance, and financials.
Manage portfolio end-to-end with assistant support
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets and reconciliations
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensure compliance with legislation and building requirements
Handle trust accounting and financial reporting

Experience Required
Commercial property management experience
Strong knowledge of commercial leases
Experience running end of month
NSW Real Estate License
NSW driver's license and reliable car
Benefits
$120,000 – $150,000 + parking space
