EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST – FULL TIME
Due to continued growth of our business, we are currently seeking an Full-Time Exercise Physiologist to join our team for an immediate start.
This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful improvements in their health, function, and quality of life. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise interventions that support clients in reaching their individual goals.

Stay Balanced Physiotherapy is a rapidly growing healthcare organisation providing allied health services across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Our team provides mobile in-home rehabilitation services as well as appointments from our practice facilities in Alderley.
We have a strong focus on exercise prescription, functional training, hands-on care (where appropriate), and ongoing professional development. Our diverse caseload includes Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, Sports, Paediatric, Metabolic, Cardiorespiratory and Neurological clients referred through NDIS, community programs, DVA, Medicare, WorkCover and private pathways.
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Duties / Responsibilities:
Your role will include a variety of services across community, clinic and residential care settings, including:
• Exercise-based interventions for musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric, metabolic, and cardiorespiratory conditions
• In-home and community rehabilitation, including hydrotherapy where appropriate
• Development, delivery and progression of tailored exercise programs for acute rehab, chronic disease management and ongoing wellness
• Functional capacity building for NDIS participants
• Falls prevention programs, strength and balance classes, and education sessions in community and retirement village settings
• Equipment prescription and activity modification recommendations
• Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to optimise client outcomes
Skills / Experience:
• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA registration
• 2+ years' experience (in a similar role will be highly considered)
• Car + valid driver's licence (company fleet cars available)
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Current police check, or willingness to obtain one
• Rights to work in Australia
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the daily lives of our clients
