At Sureway Employment and Training, our goal is to empower individuals through training and employment services.
The Role:
* Liaise with local businesses, apprenticeship providers, and other stakeholders to source new enrolments.
* Coordinate the delivery of micro credentials and short courses, including venue booking, trainer assessment, and student attendance.
* Guide learners through face-to-face and remote study groups, managing student engagement and providing support with course material.
* Process daily administrative tasks related to ASQA compliance frameworks.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain).
* Strong customer service experience with effective working relationships and community/industry networks.
* Proven ability to achieve enrolment and completion KPIs.
* Sound planning, coordination, and resource management capabilities, along with a flexible approach to manage an increasing workload.
