* There are a number of roles available within the CA space, some with PM pathways.

What you'll need to succeed
* Preferably a certification in construction management or similar
* Prior experience in commercial construction is essential; a minimum of 2 years working on similar projects within contracts administration
* Proven track record of managing projects $5M+ in value
* Experience as a contract administrator on commercial projects from civils
* Full working rights
* Located here in Perth, unfortunately, overseas applications and applications outside of Perth can not be considered.
