We're looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team through a busy, high-energy service environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining consistency, driving standards, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest.
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Lead and support kitchen staff during service
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards
* Contribute to menu development and cost control
* Train and mentor junior chefs
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP ready to step up
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and lead during peak service
* Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
