ACCIONA positions itself to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects from early design through full construction, encompassing high-voltage transmission works, power network upgrades, and complex substation design, build and commissioning activities.
About the Opportunity
As Construction Director, you will lead delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractors, and engage with key stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
The role demands strategic leadership and a commitment to excellence.
Key Accountabilities
Drive project delivery to meet time and budget targets
Lead construction teams and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Manage stakeholder relationships and reporting
Oversee risk management and mitigation plans
Leadership and development of the project team
Support innovation and continuous improvement
Required Skills
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong commercial and contract management skills
RIW and relevant industry certifications
