The Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated and highly organised
Customer Service Consultant
to join our Customer Service team. This role is the key post-sale contact for our Trade and Commercial clients - including interior designers, architects, and commercial buyers - ensuring a seamless, premium experience from order confirmation through to delivery and beyond.

You'll manage complex, high-detail orders, proactively communicate delivery and service updates, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally. With a focus on premium post-sale support, you'll play a pivotal role in communication, coordination, and issue resolution, all while using tools such as
AI and Customer 360
to enhance visibility and service delivery across the full customer journey.

What Your Day Will Look Like

* Managing Trade & Commercial customer orders end-to-end after purchase, ensuring every detail is accurate
* Proactively contacting clients (phone + email) with updates on delivery schedules, stock availability and service timelines
* Coordinating with internal teams including Despatch, Warehouse, Customer Service and Showrooms to keep orders moving smoothly
* Handling delivery concerns, damage claims and service requests quickly, calmly and professionally
* Following up open actions daily to ensure nothing is missed and customers feel supported throughout the journey
* Keeping CRM records up to date with clear notes, actions and communication history
* Using Customer 360 insights and AI-assisted tools to streamline admin and improve response times
* Supporting monthly reporting by highlighting recurring issues, trends and opportunities to improve service delivery

About You
You bring a background in retail, hospitality, logistics, call centres or front-facing service roles, with a focus on high-volume communication across voice and digital channels.

You're confident using systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar CRMs - and eager to adopt AI tools that help streamline workflows. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple tasks, and solve problems calmly and efficiently.

You have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal. You're a team player who's adaptable, positive, and driven by a passion for premium customer service.

Previous experience in a Trade or Commercial customer service setting is desirable but not essential.
