Overview
Newcastle Anglican is seeking a permanent part time Enrolled Nurse to work at Scenic Lodge - Merewether. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in a residential aged care home. As an Enrolled Nurse you will empower and enable our consumers by providing comprehensive person-centered care. Working closely with Registered Nurses and other allied health professionals you will join a dedicated care team to make a memorable difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.
Shifts: afternoons 2.30pm – 11.00pm; 64 hours per fortnight.

Role & Responsibilities
* Actively promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
* Consistent delivery of person-centered care to residents in our facilities
* Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
* Abide by Aged Care Standards
* Work as an effective team member
About You
* Enrolled Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated experience in Residential Aged Care
* Demonstrated experience in dementia care and best practice behaviour management
* Demonstrated experience leading a team
