Operating from Eastern Suburbs, they are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Team in a full-time capacity, on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
To achieve the company mission of double-digit growth through outstanding support in every dealing with internal and external personnel, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing executive assistance to the VP Sales & Marketing APAC.
- Managing and maintaining their calendars.
- Working closely with the global travel team and ensure necessary travel arrangement for the APAC Sales Team.
- Managing the business expenses ensuring timely submission and approvals.
- Responsible for ensuring suitable meeting rooms are selected and manages the logistics e.g. room arrangements, attendance, invitations, audiovisual and electronic equipment, catering needs, etc.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail with discretion and confidentiality.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity you will have a willingness to learn, proven work ethic and preferably experience in administration or customer service. You will also need:
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative and a can-do attitude.
- Must possess a high level of administrative/organisation, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective communication skills - written and oral.
- Service-oriented attitude - team player. Strong interpersonal relationship skills in working effectively with various levels of staff including executives and senior management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with mínimal supervision
