Administration Officer Job Description
This role involves providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Inpatient St George Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload and responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
Job Requirements:
* Administrative Experience: High level administrative experience with ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
* Communication Skills: High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Technical Skills: High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
