This is an Identified position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. Aboriginality is a genuine qualification authorised under Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination ACT 1977.


What You'll Do

As an Apprentice Landscaper, you will report to the Team Leader Landscape, and you will learn practical skills in landscape construction while working towards a Landscape Construction Certificate III over 4 years. Under the guidance of experienced staff, you'll perform tasks like concreting, planting, pruning, and operating tools. You'll attend training, follow safety procedures, work as part of a team, and develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You are…


* You are someone who has completed Year 10 (with a Record of School Achievement) and has the literacy, numeracy, and digital skills needed to succeed in both the training and hands-on work involved in an apprenticeship.
* You have a genuine interest in learning a trade and are particularly passionate about landscaping.
* You're eager to learn, open to receiving instructions, and ready to work as part of a team under the guidance of a team leader.
* You're committed to your personal and professional development, able to manage competing priorities, and willing to put effort into planning and staying organised.
* You hold a current White Card (Construction Induction) or are willing to obtain one, and you're ready to learn about and follow Work Health and Safety practices on the job.
* You're willing to undergo a pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
