Supporting our dealerships is our Perth Motor Bodies operation, which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication workshop, paint shop, and corporate office, all working together to provide high-quality vehicle fit-outs and services.

Key Responsibilities
As the Used Car Sales Manager, your role will involve:
Managing and leading the Used Vehicle Sales department
Selling used vehicles and driving sales performance
Gaining business from both new and existing customers
Achieving and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Assisting customers throughout the vehicle selection and purchase process
Monitoring sales revenue, margins, and expense performance
Understanding customer needs and decision-making processes to recommend the right vehicles
Providing top-level customer service at every interaction
Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle knowledge and product offerings
Advising customers with in-depth knowledge about cost-benefit analysis of products
Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
Previous dealership experience (preferably in vehicle sales management)
Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Revolution/Tune (ideal but not essential)
The ability to achieve results and effectively profile customer needs
Experience in the retail automotive industry or a strong background in sales from any field
