Electronics Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Electronics Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney, Australia. This role will provide technical leadership over hardware projects and take responsibility for technical deliverables from initial architecture through field trials to product certification.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished analogue/mixed signal design engineer with experience with RF and optoelectronic devices. As a senior member of the hardware team, you will be expected to mentor engineers and technicians and drive continuous improvement of our hardware development practices.
About The Role
* Provide technical leadership over hardware projects
* Take responsibility for technical deliverables from initial architecture through field trials to product certification
* Architect, miniaturise and ruggedise bench-top prototypes for operation in the field and eventual productisation
* Manage the delivery of complex hardware prototypes
* Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Physics, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
* Demonstrated track-record of delivering high-quality analogue and mixed signal designs at a Staff level
* Experience taking designs from prototype to production, including design for manufacture and product certification
