Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
- Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Current APHRA registration.
- Valid Australian driver’s license.
Required Certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
