A newly created opportunity for an accomplished
Head of Finance
to lead transformation within a globally recognised organisation renowned for its engineering excellence and operational scale. This succession-focused role will partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to strengthen financial governance, optimise systems, and embed performance discipline across the business.
The Opportunity
Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Oversee statutory reporting, compliance, audit, and risk management across multiple entities.
Modernise financial systems and reporting capability (ERP, Power BI, analytics) to deliver actionable insight.
Partner with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain to improve cost management and commercial outcomes.
Lead, coach, and develop a capable finance team, building future-ready capability and accountability.
About You
You are a CA/CPA-qualified finance leader with a proven track record in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments. You bring a blend of technical excellence, commercial acumen, and systems fluency. Hands-on and data-driven, you thrive in dynamic, complex environments where you can shape structure, influence outcomes, and lead meaningful change.
Progressive career from accountant through to senior finance leadership.
Experience leading finance transformation or systems modernisation initiatives.
Proven success partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders.
Skilled in leveraging data and technology to drive insight and performance.
Sydney-based, confident operating in a collaborative, on-site leadership environment.

Casual Loading
